‘Onze Man in Teheran’ wint Zilveren Nipkowschijf

De VPRO-serie ‘Onze Man in Teheran’ van correspondent Thomas Erdbrink en regisseur Roel van Broekhoven heeft de Zilveren Nipkowschijf gewonnen. De jury van de oudste televisieprijs van Nederland noemde de winnende productie ‘speels en creatief’. De serie is uniek in zijn soort, omdat het Iraanse regime erg terughoudend is met buitenlandse journalisten. In een interview met De Buitenlandredactie zei Erdbrink kort voor de eerste uitzending in januari: ‘Je kan alles vertellen, maar wel op het juiste moment.’
